Lost ./

Upon entering army, my life has been full of downs... However, i have gain much as well. For starters, better health and confidence. I always wonder, why must we serve such a long term. The thought of duration left on my service always haunted me as i dread every single day in the armed forces.

Upon completion of basic military training, i got drafted into the Navy. It came to me as a surprise as the naval unit has never crossed my mind at all. In the beginning i thought i was relieved of going through the tough military ordeal but in all things good there are always things that are bad. Things just have to balance out in the end, the navy is just so regimental and most of the time we study, for now at least.

In a couple of months time, i would be posted to ship and as bad as it can be, i got onto the patrol vessel, which is the smallest possible ship in the Navy and the one with the most frequent sailing as the name states "patrol". I guess anticipating next year's Aug 25th is gonna be a pain unfortunately.

Ahh, it has really been long since i last updated this silly blog. Looking back, i feel really amused at the way i write. A mix of ignorance and other embarrassing ways of expressing myself. Oh well, guess its a sign of myself growing up. Gotta go now.

Here is an interesting story ./

I am currently in KL after a super long day.

Here is how it all started... 1 month ago i decided that i have to go on a trip before serving the national slavery........fasstttt forrwarrdd...dd....d.......Got a package to KL instead of Redang after being mind !@#$ by many people about monsoon season and the factual coral bleaching from the news.

In the package, the flight consisted of an inflight meal. I emphasize "Meal". Now take a look at the inflight meal ./

Yup that is all. That is called inflight meal. Haha.. Oh well..

Bad Fall ./

Upon avoiding smokers, i skillfully walked a non-lit area and fell one leg into the drain against my shin. That said of course i had a 0.5 cm cut into my knee and a hole in my jeans.

Sounds bad huh ? trust me the fall isn't. Its treating the wound and bathing in infinite pain AND the anticipation of whether an infection is going to arise.

I feel very unlucky. :( VERY.

I was inspired by someone to further my studies overseas. Her independence was unstoppable and her attitude was just. It hit me in the head to think that here i am spending like i am a rich man whereby the money ain't even mine (ok some of it was mine , i worked for it!) But even so, i am not spending wisely. It occurs to me that a sudden emptiness has overwhelmed me that my education has stopped at a diploma level and i had no wish to pursue a degree. It was being unfaithful to my life. I ought to start planning for my future if i treasure my life.

Anyways during live project today, i had rather big dreams about what i could achieve in Lasalle. Hearing the description of Dnad awards made me really daring to picture myself as one of the winners bringing back that glory to myself and all that but part of me waved the come back down to earth flag and be realistic. So i wonder is it too much to dream big? Can one really achieve what seems the impossible? I really want to go with a bang, i mean being in Lasalle for 3 freaking years and achieving mere pass/meagre dip wasn't my initial picture of myself when i signed up for it.

For those who wish to know what Dnad is, it is an award of an exhibit of your work in London (yes u get to go London free) and receive yellow pencil which is like an emperor's seal to exclusive jobs and stuff. But most of all i still feel that it would be an achievement of anyone's life.

Mac's in D'syfunction major ./

Yep, you heard that right. I really really do not like the stupid trackpad of the new mbp i mean its really stupid to the fact that i feel that its retarded just to exert so much force for a click much less waste that nanosecond to apply it. Ugh...Very irritating. Secondly, (yeah i didn't mention the many problems new mbp had huh! Bummer) Battery cannot be removed thus poor user aka me have to plug in and out once battery drain and once battery full...That is some fucked up shit man... Pay for a laptop you have to slave to...sigh...obviously i know the consequences of these problems when buying a mac but what can i say...I have adapted to a mac's natural anti-virus and extreme user friendly interface that i had to forgo several finger flexes for a proper click and tugs at the power cable. ONE MORE THING ! the fucking keyboard -.- people with long fingernails or normal nails would be irritated by the little grandcanyons in btw each keys which in turn makes typing a little retarded + spelling errors that makes you feel erratically dumb.

Oh well i can name a million more but what would that help right? Guess i'll end it here.

Once Again, agains ./

Well, yeah its been sometime since i logged something in here. Cause see, its kinda rare that i have something on my mind that i wanna share with and i'm lying on my bed in front of the laptop so here goes.

Was watching the movie Pandorum and i thought it was really really mind blowing. Not so much gore but more of the claustrophobical kinda fear + some gore that makes the flick extremely disturbing. I think if one had paid $ to watch in the theatre its kinda worth it. Compared to Avatar which is kinda all about visual effects i think Pandorum has succeed in continuity and a logical storyline. The storyline is always making believe something and yet it is another plus end of world then off to space movies are so my kind. :D

So, if you are looking for a movie to watch to kill free time or to be mentally disturbed. I highly recommend Pandorum. :D

When one realise that he/she may have succumb to a relatively dark persona. Would their preference for dark colours besiege what would be their persona ? In retrospect my perspective towards a person's understanding or realisation of things around them, like films they watch, events that revolves around their daily lives affects a change in their perspective. In due time, this perspective turns into reality and creates a fusion between man and theory. Grasping what seems to be a persona may be unrecognisable or a blind feat but nevertheless it is present subconsiously when one acts.

Scramble Runny Eggs ~

Now, i know its weird but i have my eggs with porridge. Wanna know why? Cause i am fucking starving. I get extreme hunger pangs in the mornings and i'm sure i always make that clear to my mates hahaha.

Next is a close up of yummy rummy scramble.

Used basically 3 eggs small ones, sea salt, butter, black pepper and lastly milk. These combinations do great but i'm still probably thinking of adding more fragrance and taste into it. And boy oh boy do i hate my non-stick pan...It sticks...wtf...seriously it was quite a nightmare washing up.

Next up on the line Porridge (INSTANT) hahahaha...

Oh come on, you thought i would make it in the wee mornings. Anyways these taste awesome, and low in fat too. Especially if you wanna keep off instant noodles, seriously these helped me stay away from iNoodles at night. They are not cheap BUT affordable, NTUC sells em at prolly a good $1.50.

and there you go my breakfast today. Hey it was just gonna be breaking eggs into the iPorridge okay! Hahaha...

Next time think i'm gonna try making pan seared sea bass if i can find a fresh one in the market or supermarket.

Isabel got me thinking today when she talked about the service industry.(yes i listen in class) She stated that we do not see restaurants servers as people but a medium to get what we initially wanted and that a service industry has emerge and evolved. I agree. However, we as customers have paid for the service fee and thus shouldn't be bothered to set a status quo for our attitude towards the service industry. ~all the servers in the world zaps me with laser guns. Wait ! hear me out, firstly, we pay your salary in which the future mine will be paid by another slave. Secondly, if we have to set a status quo why isn't service fee levied for us then? I can certainly serve servers with a hearty smile offer them a glorified handshake if that happens. Singpost = Shit Service ./

I am extremely utterly disappointed and PISSED with Singpost. Their inefficiency is sub par to their French Counterpart as i can recall experiences during my stay at Singpost. Its a no wonder Singpost gets so many complaints but the thing is i wonder how the fuck did they get a bloody gold award? Seriously, Fuck them. This is what they did, they told me on Tuesday that on Thursday my package would be delivered to me so i stayed home the whole BLOODY AFTERNOON anticipating my package despite the need to go out for certain matters. The allocated time given was 2pm-6pm but guess what after 6pm nobody came? I waited BLOODY 17 mins before my call was picked up by a inefficient organism whom rudely announced to me that the FUCKING courier wanko MAY OR MAY NOT BE COMING ? Now if you guys are with me you would understand that i was made a promise to that my package would be delivered to my FUCKING doorstep between 2-6pm. So inefficient organism told me it could be due to the fucking bad weather, okay i understand on that part but oh my god...Can't they fucking inform me if they are such pussies to the weather? Can't they at the very least give me a FUCKING call? I think i deserve at the very least yes? That is not all, i called in the second time at 7pm and only got through at 715pm and this time another lady answered with a tad more politeness and told me i would be routed to their supervisor and that they would call me. So i waited for the call and eventually the slouchy (OH I DON'T WANNA GO WORK) supervisor called me, yeah she is sounds like her whole body has been slouched onto the office table like a boneless organism. Now now, this supervisor confirmed with me that my bloody package is not coming and she sounded like that is FINE... I literally yelled at her expressing how free i was to wait at home for the bloody package just so i could be told that my package is not coming and of course i gave her an earful. I give direct instructions to her now as she has no right to reject them and told her that she is going to provide delivery the next day AT MY SPECIFIED FUCKING TIME. Thus, i received my long awaited package today. Singpost, you screw up big time man... The least you could do was to inform me...Is that very difficult. I don't care whether your courier man has told you or not, he's your pet to train not mine.

With that off my chest for the moment, i have a pending request for my laptop! (yay good news) This lady is offering me 1600 USD... I am very delighted and hopefully the deal goes accordingly cause my new mac is on the line !.

But photos popping on social sites such as facebook, twitter and etc. Sometimes it gets me kinda confused whether the photos i take belongs to which level of standard, then again some regard Photography as fun and inexpensive hobby (for amateurs) but when you reach a point where you realised that simply a DSLR with a normal lens is not enough. You would want to get strobe flash, macro lens, ultra bazooka lens etc. But ultimately i wonder how does one define his/her level of skill in terms of the word "Photography".

Now i am not trying to be a Dick here but let me ask you people, should someone borrow a double sided tape from you and and used up 95% of it and you have to ask for it to be returned. How would you feel? Ya anyway i think it was a good purchase as i have been looking for good basics for a long time and the only good ones i had so far were from GAP and they don't have the ones i want anymore so too bad...

Plato Plato U're like Tomato! ./

City Of Ember.

At first when i saw the title i thought it was gonna be a kiddish and pointless movie to watch but hey thought i gave it a chance. After watching it i was blown away, not sexually but you know what i mean. Anyways, If you guys studying at Lasalle Comm D, you would remember the lecture about plato and cavemen. I know Dawn never listen hahaha neither does Penny...City of Ember tells a tale of the same story where this two kid had found a way out of a city they have been staying for their whole lives which is about to crumble because of the lack of energy and source and the mayor whom has been stealing food for himself has prevented anyone from leaving the city as well. Oops did i mention the city was underground ? Built by "The Builders" or rather what we call engineers ~sings bob the builder~. People of Ember sort of refer them as god or rather and believed that the "Builders" would be back to save them from doomsday. Oh well i shall not spoil the great story line for those who have not watched.

On conclusion, i really love the city's integrity structure and how it is by fact that being powered by a extreme Megamorphical(<--hah i made that word up :D) power generator. Love those steel pipes and Italy looking bricks, just blow me away.(again not sexually) I give this movie a 7/10 stars ! Because they did not show what they did after they saw the sunset.

Origins aren't horrible ./

Street Fighter: Legend Of Chun-Li

First of, you would never compare this film to the original street fighter where plot is utter crap. Legend of Chun-Li although has been criticized by many, i felt that the story was really good and acting weren't as bad apart from the detective being pretty cheesy. I must say Edmund Chen did a great job with his badass fighting skills. I give him a 9/10, i mean at his age 40+ and moving like a fox is no mean feat. There were many surprising elements in the movie for example Taboo from the black eye peas acted as the Vega the masked clawed fighter. His fight with Chun Li made me giggle abit as she went on criticizing about his face after being stripped off his mask. The irony of being a rap band and looking good haha. Although this may be a good film, do not expect something of a Wolverine Origin kinda action. This film is more towards learning how to harness skills to perfection whereby Wolverine just claw his way through the whole 2 hrs. What makes Legend of Chun-Li an attraction would be Kristin Kreuk, haven't seen that face since Smallville hah. Had my attention on her for some time till she got too overrated and moved on to Allison Mack whom acted as Chloe Sullivan in Smallville as well. I guess Legend Of Chun-Li revived that attention for Kristin Kreuk as i felt her character as Chun-Li gave a good blend and mixture into the character. I mean she has real fighting skills she articulates like she has transformer joints ( only those with transformer toys would understand haha ) great job anyways. Nevertheless, this movie was worth watching and paying and i definitely hope for the sequel :D.

HD Morning and Breakfast ./

Waking up to the smell of bacon, eggs and cinnamon rolls is the best morning one could ever have . Tasting every molecule of a great sunny morning is just so refreshing as good as flicking that restart button on your pc haha... Well, always doing something in the morning makes me feel good. I don't feel such a bum at the very least. So, i visited the morning greens just outside my corridor making sure they bask in the cool water that i lavish over them. They always make me wonder why some of them grow so fast and some of them never seem to grow at all? Well, these greens are quite a sight to wake up to either so i am not complaining :D.

After which i sit down listening to Dusty Springfield and doing some light surfing on news and stuff. Mornings really make my day :D . I dream to stay in a modernized farm one day being able to enjoy the mornings and bask in technology at the same time. Lets see down the road if that will come true. Hah.

Haircut and Resort ./

Well Title explains it all, i am really really bushed !...Had a hair cut 3 days ago which i don't really like but oh well its there... Then off to was the chalet the next day. Both days we had a super late bbq haha..I just love starting fires, seeing it glow and burst into flames is just orgasmic hahaha...I think i should go be a pyrotechnic eh...I think this chalet is quite boring cause its just food-DDR-Sleep. Its kinda boring eh? Oh ya must be wondering about the DDR right ! lol..Our dear friend Jason has everything up his techie sleeves and he brought PS 2 there to play oh and did i mention he brought his boo too hahaha...2nd day we went swimming after the rest came back from their unfinished assessment. It was a very short swim not worth mentioning haha...Then after that same thing bbq at night :D... I made delicious chicken wings ! Hey i document the process okay so as to prove its done by me hee hee...Oh and before i go THANKS KUKUS for the B'dae presents and cake :D...I enjoy smudging it on Dhita's face like a facial cream !... Ohoh something to add..The next day, we played at the mini arcade while waiting for the mini bus to take us to pasir ris...50 cents for drum mania and guess what for 6 GAMES !!! like wtf right...Damm fun...Haha and anyway we missed the first bus and went back to the arcade again...LOL...finally we got outta there without missing the second bus and had lunch at FISH MANHATTAN !! WOOO...I had Poached Cherry Snapper and its good :D...Had a filling lunch and we parted ways. I thought to myself then since we were in the east we might as well jump down to Tampines mall to have a look at *Drum rolls .......Uniqlo!... Okay it wasn't as exciting as the drum rolls because its damm ex in Singapore...Hong Kong much cheaper okay...NB...Go Hong Kong buy..K lah K lah must be boring myself here already im gonna bounce off....Pictures next !

Alright, don't say i haven't warn you guys.. But this is what happen on my birthday.. Yeah, was clearing my room and this happened !..They apparently built a nest in my used linoleum where there are potentially great home living conditions for them... But then again Baygon is not fake one...So spray like its free untill they are dead..These motherfuckers are damm strong ! Must spary like mad... After that i turned the plastic with the lino in it and to me great surprise ANOTHER COLONY ON THE OTHER SIDE !!! WTF!!! I used something to make a small lift for me to spray baygon in it and watch them smothered to death and i loved every second of it...I must have sprayed like 10 mins or so lol.. O well at least they are out of my room and eliminated...
